Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments and having gone through the provisions of the guidelines, submits that he would be availing the remedy in terms of order dated 15.11.2022 passed by the court of Divisional Commissioner, Purnea, which reads as follows:- "आवददिकका एव दवपकक्षी सव0-02 उपदसस्थित । सुनका । प्रसतसुत वकादि में दजिलका प्रप्रोगकाम पदिकादधिककारक्षी, पूदर्णियका दकारका आवददिकका कप्रो कवन्द्र सवचकालन में अदनयदमततका कव आरप्रोप में सवदवकका पदि सव चयन मसुक्त दकयका गयका ह। सुनवकाई कव क्रम में सहकायक

3. It is, however, submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that some delay has occurred, which may be held against him.

4. This court only clarifies that pendency of the instant writ proceedings shall be available to the petitioner to meet the issue of delay, if delay arises.

5. Writ application is disposed of.
