Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as sections 25 (I-b) a, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to have been caught along with three others when he had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and on being searched, two mobile sets are said to have been recovered from his conscious possession.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.12.2015 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
