The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case against unknown for kidnapping of her daughter Priyanka Kumari by a woman. The informant disclosed the Mobile No. 8006789723. It is submitted that the victim returned and made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. She disclosed that one old lady after instigating her took her to U.P. and she was pressurizing to marry with an old man but the caste men came to the place of occurrence and brought her to her village. The victim claimed to identify both the old man and the lady. The Mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and on the basis of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20671 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 which the prayer for bail was rejected.

It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He was not put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, in connection with Paliganj P.S.Case No. 163/14, corresponding to G.R. No. 2303 of 2014. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) spal/- U
