JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 112 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the FIR, it is stated that the father of the informant was electrocuted while moving in the garden. The allegation against the accused person, who is living next to the garden, cannot be said to be made out, I am inclined to allow the petitioner on
