JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(B), 22, 23, 24 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
From the house of the petitioner, 34 Kgs of Ganja was recovered.
The report of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari dated 16.12.2014 reflects that the matter is fixed for argument and the period of likely for disposal of the trial has been suggested by learned Trial Court as one and half months.
In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere.
It is expected from learned Trial Court to conclude the trial forthwith, if it has already not been concluded.
