Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar have jointly submitted that in view of the supplementary show cause dated 15.04.2025, steps will be taken to make payment of all the admissible dues, in accordance with law, well within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, once the sanctioned letter is received in the office of the Accountant General, Bihar, PPO is also required to be sent to the Treasury Officer concerned forthwith, for making payment of all the dues payable to the petitioner, without any further delay.

4. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is consigned.
