2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 17 of 2024 instituted under Sections 366, 376, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The victim girl was in a relationship with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5152 of 2025(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 17 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
