JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 250 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 143, 498(A), 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that the daughter of the informant was married with one Mukesh Sah and since her marriage, her in-laws including her husband assaulted her and demanded dowry after that her daughter came to her Naihar and thereafter on 07.07.2018 the group members of Sautin Credit Company and Ashirvad Company came there and dragged the daughter of the informant from the house and two persons assaulted her and at that time the petitioner and the gotani of the deceased were present there and later on in the night, daughter of the informant died and on information when the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3485 of 2019(4) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 came to her Sasural, her dead-body was found at a cot. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing specific has been attributed against this petitioner except the presence at the place and she is mother-in-law and the F.I.R. itself shows that the deceased was assaulted by other accused persons.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 250 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
