The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. During the course of investigation, the petitioners were apprehended and the police took their confessional statements but did not collect any tangible evidence to show the involvement of the petitioners in the killing of Rajendra Mahto.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19704 of 2015 (3) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Khodabandpur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014.
