Petitioner is in custody in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019 for the offence under sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.11.2019.

It is alleged that petitioner was involved in theft of motorcycle.

Learned counsel submits that he has been apprehended in this case on his alleged failure to produce paper of ownership of the vehicle.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

No.2577 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019.
