Patna High Court CWJC No.1627 of 2023(2) dt.18-03-2023 2/2 nature of mandamus to the Respondents to allow the mutation as well as transfer of the ownership of the House No 61, Road No 14, Sri Krishna Nagar, Post GPO, Patna, erstwhile PS Kotwali, present PS Buddha Colony, District Patna PIN 800001 in name of the petitioner and his brothers, jointly or severally, all being descendants/ heirs of original allotee, namely late Vijay Kumar Mandal."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to file appropriate representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna shall pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, after hearing the affected parties, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
