Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Kanchan Rishi and on the basis of aforesaid disclosure, petitioner was arrested and is languishing in jail custody since 04.12.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against him.
