Having regard to the fact that seven witnesses in the trial of the petitioner has already been examined, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer for bail of the petitioner once again on merit specially when the such prayer has already been rejected by this Court by a reasoned order dated 8.10.2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 16656 of 2013.

Nonetheless, as the petitioner is in custody since 23.6.2012, this Court would direct the trial court i.e. the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Bhojpur at Ara to ensure that the trial of the petitioner is concluded expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. The Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur is also directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19218 of 2014 (2) dt.14-01-2015 to ensure that the remaining prosecution witnesses are made available before the trial court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order by him so that the trial court can dispose of the trial of the petitioner in the aforesaid period of six months.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
