JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case is that the informant got information that someone has killed his mother. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. later on his name transpired in this case as he was seen near the place of occurrence and apart from that it has come during investigation that he did not have good relation with the deceased, who was the grand mother in law of the petitinoer.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion as he did

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there are circumstances of the petitioner to show his involvement in the offence.
Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, however, once the charge is framed, petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
