ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 21-10-2024 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already given a representation to the Respondent No. 3 i.e. the Sub-Divisional Officer, Siwan ventilating his grievance, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

2. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as
