Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country-made pistol and three live cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 21-12-2015. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. ' Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghoshwari P.S. Case No. 83 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Barh, Patna.
