This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 04.09.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 55615 of 2019, whereby the present petitioner, along with others, has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Court below within the time granted by this Court while others petitioners of Criminal Misc. No. 55615 of 2019 have furnished their bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3732 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 bonds before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad. He accordingly prays for two weeks more time to surrender before the learned Court below.
Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 04.09.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 55615 of 2019, is hereby extended by further two weeks from today.
Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
