JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The name of the petitioner came in this case on the basis of information given by spy of the police and thereafter coaccused Chhotu Kumar was arrested, who confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of the petitioner, and on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Chhotu Kumar stolen computers were recovered. Moreover, it appears that except confessional statement of co-accused Chhotu Kumar, there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 04.02.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12316 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Athmalgola P.S. case No.26 of 2016.
