The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

From the tempo, bearing registration no. BR-25P 6687, 16 bags (14 quintals) of wheat was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 02.02.2015, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
