The petitioners seek bail in Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 139 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 376 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Sumangi Devi alleged that the petitioners along with Manoj Ram kidnapped her minor daughter.
It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is the father of Manoj Ram and petitioner no. 2 is co-villager of Manoj Ram. The victim was in love with Manoj Ram. The victim filed a compromise petition. The petitioners did not play any role in kidnapping the victim.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19857 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 2/2 petitioners are father and co-villager of Manoj Ram who kidnapped the victim, the daughter of the informant, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari in Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 139 of 2014.
