Against the impugned order dated 09.12.2016 passed by the learned District Judge-cum-M.V.A Claims Tribunal, Purnia in Claim Execution Case No. 04 of 2013/CIS No. 14 of 2013 remedy lies under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

3. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to convert the present petition into civil revision petition.

4. He is permitted to do so within four weeks.
