Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant being police official intercepted some conversations of mobile surveillance and learnt that F.I.R. named accused and some others were making plan to commit dacoity in a Bank. The name of petitioner surfaced in course of investigation and except his confessional statement and criminal antecedent of two cases, there appears to be nothing against him.
