Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 376(d) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is one of the four person named in the FIR, who committed gang rape against the informant. Submission is that allegation is not corroborated by medical evidence. The victim has filed a petition before the learned court below that petitioner was not one of the rapists.

The report of the learned Trial Judge reveals that the charges have already been framed.

Considering the nature of allegation against the

No.5493 of 2019(3) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail in connection with Pawana P.S.Case No.05 of 2018 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.,- Vth, Bhojpur, Ara. Hence, prayer is refused. The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
