The petitioner has renewed his application for grant of bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice by this Court by reasoned order. The case has already been committed to the court of Sessions on 18th February, 2016. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the deceased with farsa on his head. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to reconsider the application for grant of bail to the petitioner even

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10549 of 2016 (3) dt.13-04-2016 2/2 though he is in custody since 12th June, 2014. Accordingly, the application is rejected.

Learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur is directed to expedite the Sessions trial arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No. 37 of 2014 and conclude the same as early as possible.
