The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 134 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 1007 pouches, each containing 200 ml country made liquor from the vehicle, which was being driven by the petitioner, on which one Dilkhush Kumar was also found sitting.

Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.11.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with
