JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is the 2nd attempt by the petitioner for bail. Earlier he had moved this Court vide Cr.Misc.No. 42862 of 2013 and the same was rejected on 20th March 2014. There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have caused gun-shot injury to the deceased due to which he died. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This petition is accordingly rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one year, subject to co-operation extended by the petitioner.
