It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that all the grievances, as raised through the present criminal writ petition, has been redressed and now his prayer is limited to consider his fresh protest petition, in accordance with law by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad. It is submitted by learned AC to GP-5, appearing on behalf of the State that after fair investigation, final form has already submitted against accused, namely, Ritik Raushan in Deo P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016.
Considering the submission as advanced, as the grievances of the petitioner, as raised through the present petition, has already been redressed, the present criminal writ petition is disposed of, as not pressed.
