JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Puraini P.S.Case No. 59 of 2016 registered under Sections 307, 323,341,379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting the informant causing injury to him and also of snatching a golden chain worth Rs. 25,000/-.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that impugned order itself shows that injury is simple in nature and so far allegation of snatching of golden chain is concerned that appears to be ornamental in nature and there is land dispute between the parties.

Case No. 59 of 2016; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
