JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 Perused the report dated 03.02.2020 of incharge Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran. From perusal of the report, it appears that seizure list are available on the original case record, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that this application may be allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 40259 of 2019 be restored to its original file. He further submits that so far as defects are concerned the same shall be removed within a period of two weeks. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is ready and willing to remove the defects within two weeks, this application
