This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Purushottampur P.S. Case No.72 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that co-accused Md. Allauddin called the deceased and thereafter the dead-body of the deceased was found. The petitioner and co-accused Md. Allauddin are said to have killed the deceased.

The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2023. During investigation, materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5593 of 2024(4) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
