No. 7321 of 2017 has been filed to amend the prayer, inter alia, by a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to work at the initial place of his posting i.e. Kishanganj office; and for connected reliefs.
2. Having regard to the nature of the prayer, the same is allowed and may be treated as part of the writ petition.
3. I.A. No. 7321 of 2017 stands disposed of.

4. The writ petition is originally filed with a prayer for directing the respondents to treat the petitioner as having joined in the headquarters with effect from 31.10.2016 and ensure transfer/posting in any district/office except Kishanganj office.

5. In view of the changed circumstances and the amended prayer in the aforesaid Interlocutory Application whereby the petitioner has expressed his willingness to work at Kishanganj office itself, this writ petition, with the consent of the parties, is disposed of with the observation that if the petitioner presents himself to work at Kishanganj office he shall be allowed to do so by the respondents.
6. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance with regard to non-payment for the period from November, 2016 upto the date when he assumes his duties, which may be disposed of on its own merits, in accordance with law.
