2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Marhaura @ Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 526 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468 and 120(B) of IPC.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that on the basis of forged injury report, he falsely implicated the present informant in a false case, bearing Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated. As a matter of fact, doctor R.N. Tiwari,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3038 of 2025(9) dt.30-10-2025 2/2 examined the petitioner despite he was transferred to the Saran district but only with a view to save his skin, he falsely said that the injury report was not signed by him since he had already been transferred.
5. On the other hand, Mr. Shailendra Kumar, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhaura @ Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 526 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
