The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended the petitioner and from his possession a loaded country made Pistol and one Car bearing registration no. BR-02 R 2643 were recovered. It is submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which would appear from Annexure-2, the certificate of registration.

Considering the facts aforesaid and that the petitioner is in jail since 09.11.2014, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19585 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014.
