JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, only one case had been registered against him prior to institution of the present case. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 14.07.2014. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Session trial no. 62 of 2013 arising out of Runnisaidpur P.S.Case No. 286 of 2012.
