The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The deceased himself disclosed before the investigation officer that Ashok Rai and Sanjit Rai caught him and Raju Rai (the petitioner) inflicted knife blow in his abdomen resulting into the death of the son of the informant. It appears that the prayer for bail of Ashok Rai has already been rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 8883/2015. The petitioner is the assailant. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Maheshi P.S. Case No. 184/2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
