The petitioner seeks bail in Ratanpura P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that driver of the vehicle namely, Raj Kumar Sah took the name of this petitioner. Petitioner was not arrested on spot. There is no recovery from his possession.

Petitioner is in custody since 5.12.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3595 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur at Supaul, in connection with Ratanpura P.S.
