JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Since all the cases have arisen out of one occurrence, they are being disposed of by this common order. Heard both sides.

The petitioners seek bail in Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 10 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 412 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioners figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The looted motorcycle was recovered from the possession of Sujit Kumar.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 10 of 2014.
