The petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim boy returned and the victim also did not disclose the name of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case on mere suspicion. Similarly situated co-accused Deepak Vernwal has already been granted bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7410 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9059 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015.
