2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 160 of 2025 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 303(2), 308(2), 109(1), 3(5) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, the allegation against the petitioner is that he intentionally fired bullet upon the informant's stomach and also snatched Rs. 5,000/- from the pocket of the informant as well as gold chain and Adhar Card.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52546 of 2025 vide order dated 15.10.2025 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3102 of 2026(2) dt.30-01-2026 2/2 custody since 19.05.2025.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

6. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the Trial Court after completion of one year in custody. (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Anand Kr.
