The petitioner seeks bail in Baligaon P.S. Case No. 02 of 2013 dated 21.01.2013 instituted under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner had been rejected on 01.08.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 16660 of 2014 with the direction to the Court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months. However, on the basis of request from the Court concerned for extension of time and the same having been allowed today by order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16660 of 2014, the present application stands disposed off.
