Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the interim order, petitioner has appeared and his result was also declared and he has been placed in first division. Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board submits that the Board has already prepared the result of the petitioner but the then Principal of the school has not forwarded fee alongwith form of the petitioner and as such this

Patna High Court CWJC No.2405 of 2017(5) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the petitioner to deposit the amount required to be submitted by the petitioner. The form of the petitioner was received by the Board but the fee required was not accompanied with the form submitted on behalf of the petitioner however the form of petitioner was accepted by the Board under the interim order of this court. Under the aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to deposit the requisite fee of Rs. 1500/- by way of bank draft in favour of Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board within a month Under the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case, liberty shall be available to the Board to take all coercive action against the erring the then Principal of the college in accordance with law keeping in mind the observation of this court in the previous order.
