This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 420 of the Penal Code and 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the bouncing of the cheque issued by the coaccused is against opposite party no. 2, the complainant, and not this petitioner.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 1103(c) of 2012 to the satisfaction of Sri A.K.
