2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuance a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ or writs, order or orders, direction or direction, commanding the competent authorities i e, the respondents no.3 & 5 to provide the petitioner physical possession of land bearing Thana no.275, Mauza Beloun.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3237 of 2017(3) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 no.270,640,623,676 new measuring an aren 0.58 decimals situated in village- Bhatwan, PS- Hasanpur, District- Samastipur, which has been given under the Bihar Land Reforms(Fixation Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961 in case no.01/199899 to the petitioner.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the Collector, Samastipur (respondent no.3) for the redressal of the grievance.
4. Learned State counsel has no objection.
5. Granting said liberty, allowing the petitioner to approach the aforesaid respondent, the writ petition is disposed of.
