2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ or writs, order or orders, direction or direction, commanding the competent authorities i.e. the respondents no.3 & 5 to provide the petitioner physical possession of land bearing Thana no.275, Mauza Beloun,

Patna High Court CWJC No.3308 of 2017(3) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 Khata no.19, 29 new, Khesra no.214, 402, 276 old, Khesra no.240, 469, 514 new measuring an area 0.51 decimals situated in village- Bhatwan, PS- Hasanpur, District- Samastipur, which has been given under the Bihar Land Reforms(Fixation Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961 in case no.01/1998-99 to the petitioner."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the District Collector, Samastipur for the redressal of the grievance.
