The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 56 of 2014/ 545 of 2013 arising out of Alipur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2011 registered under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 326 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act pending in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Gaya. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 19.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28460 of 2013 by this Court. The petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2012. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8885 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Criminal Misc. No. 28460 of 2013 on 19.04.2014 taking into consideration of direction allegation against the petitioner to shot fire at the abdomen of Abhishekh Kumar @ Chintu Kumar, who died in the way, while he was taking for treatment.
I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
