Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 47 A, 13(f), 48 of Excise Act and Sections 2(5), 3/5(Kha), 18 of Bihar Rajya Mahua Phool Act.

20 quintal mahua flower is said to have been recovered from a pickup van which was being driven by the petitioner at the time of its recovery and it is stated in the ferdbeyan of informant that when an enquiry was made from the petitioner about the seized mahua flower, the petitioner clearly disclosed that aforesaid mahua flower belonged to one Guddu Sao. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 05 of 2016.
