Patna High Court CWJC No.4400 of 2017(2) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 up / laid by Private Respondents No. 9, 10 & 11 over the residential land property of the Petitioner covered under Khata NO. 1549, Survey Plot No. 2569, Thana No. 139, measuring an area of 0.03 decimals of land situated at Mauza-Chamanpur under Sheohar Anchal / Police Station in the district of Sheohar, acting upon and giving effect / logical conclusion to the local enquiry report submitted by the Anchal Amin dated 30.4.14 to the Circle Officer, Sheohar for necessary follow up / order."
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
