02. In the instant petition, the petitioner has sought for recalling the order dated 14.12.2023 passed in MJC No. 384 of 2022 arising out of CWJC No. 9062 of 2017.

03. For the reasons stated in the application and affidavit and in the interest of litigants, order dated 14.12.2023 passed in MJC No. 384 of 2022 arising out of CWJC No. 9062 of 2017 stands recalled. MJC No. 384 of 2022

Patna High Court MJC No.268 of 2024(3) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 stands restored to its original file and number.

04. Accordingly, the present MJC (restoration petition) stands allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- (two thousand). Cost shall be remitted in Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of four weeks.

05. Registry is hereby directed to list MJC No. 384 of 2022 arising out of CWJC No. 9062 of 2017 before the roster Bench.
