The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Rosera P.S.case No.332 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story is that husband of the informant had went along with the petitioner and other accused persons and thereafter the dead body was found.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact he met with an accident and died in course of the treatment, as such there is delay of ten days in lodging the FIR and after investigation, the police has also

He is in custody since 16.10.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Rosera at Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S.case No.332 of 2019 with further condition to appear before the police as and when required..

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
