Taking into consideration that having similar allegation of gang rape, the prayer for bail of other accused has already been rejected by another Bench of this Court, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Mahila P.S.Siwan No. 202 of 2014, pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan stands rejected.
